Joe Lahti serves as Chairman of the board for Innealta Capital and he is also a member of the Innealta Executive Committee which oversees day-to-day Company operations.
Mr. Lahti is a Minneapolis native and leader in numerous business and community organizations. Joe graduated with honors from Harvard University in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in economics, while having played four years of college football. Since graduating from Harvard, Joe has been a board member of several publicly traded companies, has served as Chairman and CEO of numerous organizations, has taken private companies public, has turned around many businesses, and has served in various religious and community charities. Joe has been married for 35 years and has five children and six grandchildren.
Joe has served on the Board of Directors of six U.S. publicly traded companies and has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board in two of those instances. Through his public company Board experience, he has participated on, and chaired, both Audit and Compensation Committees.
Joe believes that it is his duty to give back to the community. Thus, he has served on several non-profit boards, and he feels affinity for Catholic Education. Joe served, until October 2018, as the Chairman of Catholic Studies at St. Thomas University, the largest Catholic Studies school in country. In addition, he has served as Vice-Chairman of St Paul’s Outreach, and board member for Providence Academy, College of St Benedict, and Hope For The City.
